Insurances Accepted

Aetna, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Healthlink, and Cigna are accepted at this time. Soon to be paneled United Healthcare. Please look at the "Superbill" section below for more information about being reimbursed for sessions at this time.

Payment Methods

All payment is due by the time of service. Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please cancel or reschedule before the 24 hour window of the appointment. This allows time for other clients who want to be seen during the week to fit into the schedule. The following fees will be charged for cancellations made within a 24-hour notice or for no shows:

1st cancellation/no show: Waived fee
2nd cancellation and so forth/no show: 50% charge of session, out of pocket

Reduced Fee Scale

There are a limited number of reduced fee options for clients who are unable to pay the full rate for therapy services. Please email reganmarietherapy@hushmail.com for more information.
